
Arun is a multi-instrumentalist performer, teacher, composer, producer and recording studio engineer. He has performed over 1000 shows at venues such as CTV's Canada Am, Ontario Place, Center in the Square, Festival of Friends in Hamilton, Hillside Festival, for the Prime Minister's National Campaign and to a full house in the main Theatre at The River Run Centre to mention a few. He has had the privilege of opening up for acts such as Moist, The Skydiggers, The Bourbon Tabernacle Choir and performing with the likes of Rebecca Campbell, Jackie Washington, Dave Bidini, Kevin Hearn, Luke Doucet, Matt Osborne, Ecodek and others.
Arun has studied various forms of drumming including classical percussion, Latin and African percussion, rock, jazz, reggae, funk and Latin drum set. He has had the privilege of studying with Dave Campion, Marc Atkinson (student of Gary Chaffee), Carol Bauman and has attended workshops run by Memo Acevedo to mention a few. Currently Arun is studying with Al Cross formerly with Big Sugar and current student of Joe Morello.
As a professional accompanist and composer for modern dance Arun has worked with and continues to work with Order of Canada recipient David Earle, The Danny Grossman Company, Robert Desrosiers, The Toronto Dance Theatre and the Canadian Children's Dance Theatre. Arun also has live recordings taken from a concert series put on by a modern dance organization called Artsvision in KW. Inspired from the setup he uses to accompany modern classes in these performances he plays drums, piano and sings at the same time.
Either through recording, engineering or performing Arun has contributed to over 25 released CDs including his own solo release entitled "Open". He explores diverse genres of music such as world beat, pop, jazz, rock and folk. Mr. Pal is currently working on his second solo project.

Canadian drummer / percussionist Adam Bowman has been a mainstay in both the Canadian and international music scene for over a decade. Adam has toured and recorded with such well known and respected artists as Kellylee Evans, Ember Swift, Dawn Langstroth, Joni NehRita, Melissa Ferrrick, Carlos Morgan, Chris Rouse and VINX to name a few. As a touring artist, Adam has traveled across Canada, The U.S., New Caledonia, The U.K. and Australia and as a session musician, he has played on dozens of recordings. Adam is also an accompanist for Canada's premier Contemporary Dance organization "Dancetheatre David Earle". Adam attended Toronto's Humber College and studied with some of the countries finest teachers including Roger Flock, Paul Delong, and Don Vickery. Prior to Humber College, Adam studied for many years with Canadian drum guru Gary Tomlin. From Funk to Jazz, Hip Hop to Folk music, Adam's big beats and deep feel are unmistakeable and he has become the drummer of choice for songwriters, producers and music directors alike.
